The OBM crashes when opening [Backup Source] of a Lotus Domino/Notes backup set, what can I do?
Check to see if you can find a hs_err_pid????.log file under the [OBM Home], and if it contains the error "Unable to complete restart processing, err = Recovery Manager: Error from Logging Subsystem", please do the followings:
Go to [Configuration], select [All Server Documents] and choose your corresponding server.
[Disable] Transactional logging at Basics
Go to [Control Panel] -> [Administrative Tools] -> [Services] and restart [Lotus Domain Server] Service
Go to [Configuration] -> select [All Server Documents] and enable Transaction logging
Make sure your logging style is "Archived"
Go to [Services] and restart Lotus Domain Server Service again
